I have been taking my cars here, for year's. They are a very honest garage, and do quality work. Only place I feel safe taking my vehicles. Can't recommend enough!! they have the skills to work on any vehicle. including all of my cars ranging from a 85 Chrysler LeBron, 2006 scion xB, and ford flex 2010 and 2015. great great garage

The guys at Browncroft have all been very flexible, thorough, and straightforward. I especially appreciate that they helped me prioritize what to fix first vs what could wait without trying to sway me one way or the other. I felt like I had all of the information to make my own decision. It’s the best experience I’ve had with a garage, and I can see why they are so highly recommended. Both my partner and I take our cars here, and we plan to keep it that way!

This is the only garage I ever want to go to. Scott and his team are extremely knowledgeable and honest. They are always willing to patiently talk me through repairs and give an easy to understand priority list when there are several big-ticket items that need to be done. I very much appreciate this place!

Browncroft is always professional and accommodating to my service needs. Their diagnostic approach is not layered with pressure like other larger repair sites. They offer the customer an intuitive planning approach based on categories of issues or concerns. I find this to be both responsible and helpful in my future proactive maintenance program.

Good honest repair shop. They worked on my Acura TL manual and fixed a clutch problem. They use an email / text system that keeps you completely updated as they work. I gotta a free rental and constant updates with pictures so you can see what they see. Top notch service. I'm one of those guys that really try and do my own work on cars, but clutch transmission issues have to be handed off. Glad I have found a shop I can trust in Browncroft!

I've been a customer for just over 2 years & Scott & his team never disappoint. When bringing my car in for oil changes they take detailed pictures & notes & share that information via a link. Here you can see what was done, recommended, approve some or all of the repairs, & also pay the invoice. They have nothing to hide & will let you know how serious or not something they find is. They have never tried to sell me anything they don't think I need. They also can do a lot of different work as well. Besides oil changes & state inspections, they've done some small body work for me & they sell, balance, & mount tires. This makes it easy for me in that I don't have to go to another place to get some of this work done; I can do all of it at Browncroft Garage. They stand behind their work as well. There was a minor issue that happened & Matt took care of it immediately with no question.

It's very rare that I feel strongly enough about a business to post a review, but Browncroft Garage is the exception. They were recommended to me when I first arrived in Rochester about 7 years ago and I've never looked back. Everyone at Browncroft I've interacted with in that time has been professional, trustworthy, friendly, and willing to discuss the specifics of what my car needed, why, and how soon. Prices are fair, scheduling should be done ~2 weeks in advance, and in my experience turnaround has been very fast (almost always same day unless parts need to be ordered).

I brought in my 2014 Camry so that my muffler could be serviced and the team at Browncroft garage went above and beyond inspecting and working on my vehicle. They did not complete any work until I agreed to it, and they provided a really nice overview of what needed to be done plus other recommendations. They fixed my car the same day as my appointment and the price was very reasonable!

A friend HIGHLY recommended Browncroft Garage. I inherited a 2012 Volvo XC90 that needed lots of work. Matt told me what should be done to get it ready to sell. The price was very fair and the work was done promptly and outlined in detail on the invoice. Both Scott and Matt answered all my questions and followed up to make sure I was happy with the work. Since then, several people have mentioned what a superb business these gentlemen operate. Their good reputation is much deserved.
